We want to help the the DISCIPLES of Jesus to know what their next steps are.

Our commitment to  Gospel Leadership drives us to train and develop the gifts, skills and passions of all believers.

For those called to CANOE through the unexpected, we want to navigate together the uncharted territories of today and beyond.

Equip - Provide tools and training to invite friends, family, & neighbors to meet Jesus and become a disciple of Jesus.

Community Groups - Launch 2-3 New Groups
Journey Institute - Staring with Christian Beliefs, the formation of Active Learning environments designed to foster depth.
Journey Students - Continue to build a student ministry committed to bible understanding, relational connection & lifetime discipleship.
Journey Kids - Implementation of a new digital check-in system; establishment of 3yr scope & sequence; & teacher training

Leadership Cohort - A study through Canoeing the Mountain; intentionally creating a leadership pipeline.
Elders - Identify and train at least one additional elder.
Deacons - Identify and recognize those currently serving; eliminate the silos that are currently limiting Journey's effectiveness.
